In-store pick up
In-store pick up is available at our New York location. After placing your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you like to pick up your order in-store. Your shipping charge will be refunded on pick-up.
Orders placed on Friday to Sunday will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) will be processed the following day. An order can not be cancelled once it has been placed.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. All orders require Adult Signature upon delivery, please email email@example.com if you require otherwise.
Creatures of Comfort is not responsible in case of theft or lost parcel after confirmed delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY?
Merchandise in original condition with all original tags may be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of receipt of goods when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Original order shipping charges are not refundable.
Creatures of Comfort is not responsible for exchange or return shipping costs, nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
Creatures of Comfort does not offer price adjustments on sales.
All sales are final on promotions, markdowns, swimwear, lingerie, jewelry and periodicals.
We will process your exchange or refund as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
We have the right to deny exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES CREATURES OF COMFORT ACCEPT?
Our online store accepts payment in the form of credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover), Pay Pal, or online gift certificate. Your card will not be charged until the order has been filled.
HOW MUCH TAXES & DUTIES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
Residents of California will pay state tax on their purchase (8.75%). Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%).
International orders will be shipped via FedEx International only. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 5-10 days from the order date. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Creatures of Comfort is not responsible for payment of this duty.
WHAT IS YOUR IN-STORE RETURN POLICY?
Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or receive store credit within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt for the current selling price. No refunds. No price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise, private sales, markdowns, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, gift certificates, books and fragrances.
We have the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
